Your Home.
Our Priority
Peace of Mind
Summit Peak Home Watch provides premium home watch services for second homes and seasonal residences throughout Summit County and the Wasatch back.
What Home Watch Is and Isn’t.
Summit Peak Home Watch is currently in process of becoming accredited with the National Home Watch Association (NHWA).
The NHWA Accredits Home Watch Service Only
The National Home Watch Association defines Home Watch as a “visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues.”
Home Watch is not a security service - though it provides a layer of security by placing a professional in the home regularly.
It is not a house sitting service - house sitting involves someone living in the home while you are away.
Home Watch is a professional service that performs scheduled, "visual inspections of a home or property, looking for obvious issues". If any issues are found, the provider alerts the homeowner and follows instructions on how to proceed in correcting the problem. This is why Home Watch is considered Risk Mitigation.
Summit Peak Home Watch stands ready to partner with you in this service.
Every Visit
Clearly Documented
After each Home Watch visit, you’ll receive a clear digital report documenting the condition of your property, including photos and notes when appropriate.
If we observe something that needs your attention, we’ll communicate it promptly so you can decide how you’d like to proceed.
Peace of Mind, Built on Consistency
Your home deserves more than an occasional check-in
Consistent Visits
A repeatable Home Watch process helps ensure the same key areas are reviewed each visit.
Clear Documentation
Every visit is documented with a digital report, including photos, notes and observations from the property.
Local & Responsive
When something doesn’t look right, you have a local point of contact who will communicate quickly and help coordinate the next step.
Your Home. Our Watch.
Enjoy your time away knowing your home has a trusted local set of eyes on it.
